O.T.R ( Over The Rhine) Clique - A Group out of Cincinnati Ohio in the mid 90's , OTR was a hood on vine st. Close to downtown. Im not sure what they have going on now. But i know that this was a killer album. Im Guessin this was the last of 4 albums they did.
